Paper accepted ! Theory of Whose Mind? Exposing the Shortcomings of One of HRI’s Core Concepts

I am really proud to tell you that our paper about the Theory of Mind, its shortcomings, and its importance for Social Robotics, has been accepted at alt.HRI and is now available for reading here.

In this paper, we look at the origins of Theory of Mind and how it is used by the Social Robotics Community. We then address the issues that the concept is facing and why it should be abandonned as a unifying theory, and what this means for social robotics research!
